Electric guitar construction use some dimensional principles:

SCALE

Distance between nut and bridge, string active distance

FRETBOARD

Fretboard making is difficulty so I decided to buy 10" radiused and slotted fingerboard.

NECK

Neck is made from piece of wood 100 mm x 690 mm x 25 mm. Neck is built from parts listed below:

1. Neck.
2. Fretboard.
3. Truss rod.
4. Truss rod canal infatuation.
5. Tunning machines
6. Frets.
7. Nut)

BODY

Guitar body is made from piece of wood 350 mm x 500 mm x 45 mm. I have use three pieces of wood glued body.

NECK AND BODY JOINT

I think this is the most important guitar connection. In my design pocket was angled 1 degree by side and neck heel have the same angle. Why? I think that this connection give only one neck position. I decided to use metric screws and bushes glued in neck to easy assembly and disassemble.
